Workshop: Performative dynamics in Sri Lankan Tamil Politics

This is an invitation-only event that is part of SovereignPerformance and focuses on recent developments and future research plans.
The central objectives of this academic workshop are:
- to take stock of dynamics in Sri Lankan Tamil (nationalist) politics
- to reflect on and to operationalize our conceptual approach to the performative repertoires of the Sri Lankan Tamil nationalist movement.
- to develop concrete plans, methodological approaches and collaborations to implement the Sri Lankan component of the SovereignPerformance project.
